Processing Time:
All standard orders are processed and shipped within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays, as our facility is closed on these days.
Shipping Options and Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4-7 business days.
- Priority Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Priority Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Order Modifications:
Once a shipment has left our warehouse, we are unable to reroute it.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.
International Orders
Order Tracking: International orders are shipped via DHL. The tracking information will be available until the package reaches your country. Once the package is handed over to your local postal service, tracking may no longer be available as many countries do not use delivery confirmation technology.
Delivery Issues and Refunds: If you encounter any delivery issues, it is your responsibility to contact your local postal service. Once an order reaches the destination country, it is considered delivered, and we cannot accept refund requests in such cases.
Customs and Import Taxes: Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
